Terms of Use
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and App Capitol for using Hayya Salah (the app and the public website). By using Hayya Salah, you agree to these terms.
In plain language
- Use Hayya Salah lawfully and respectfully.
- Prayer times and masjid info may come from masjid teams or estimates — confirm important times with your masjid.
- Hayya Salah is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee perfection.
- Disputes are handled under Indian law (Kerala), with consumer rights preserved where the law requires.
Who can use Hayya Salah
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live and follow these terms and the law. If you use Hayya Salah for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Hayya Salah for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
- Try to break into our systems or other people’s accounts.

Masjid and prayer information
Masjid profiles, schedules, facilities, and announcements may come from masjid teams, from us, or from location-based calculations. We try to keep information accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or up to date.
For masjids that are not yet verified, prayer times may be estimated from location until authorized masjid representatives maintain the listing. For important prayers, check with your local masjid.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.
